Mount Langi Ghiran Cliff Edge Shiraz is drawn from a selection of blocks across the Mount Langi Ghiran Vineyard. Langi's cool climate, old vines and granite soils produce Shiraz of great purity.

The fruit is vinified in small batches with open fermentation and hand plunging. A portion is whole bunch fermented, with some foot treading. Maturation is in one third new French oak barrels for 15 months.

Deep plum red, Mount Langi Ghiran Cliff Edge Shiraz has intense dark fruit flavours, savoury tannins and a lingering, spicy finish. Cellaring potential is 10 years.
